Serving on a Short-term Trip

Short-term Trips

Short-term trips provide you with the opportunity to help the people of Central Asia, and investigate the possibilities of serving for a longer term. They can also be a way of supporting our onfield long-term workers. In PI, 'short- term trip' means a trip ranging from a few weeks to a few months in duration.

There are heaps of other opportunities to serve in Central Asia in the short term. We can organise the following types of trips for you:

• Teaching English or Computer Skills
• Prayer trips (to Central Asia)
• Working on one of our projects
• Specialist medical trips
• Practical help (e.g. helping paint or build)
• Study and Cultural trips

We may also be able to accommodate individual trips to the field, particularly if you have a specialist skill or if you are considering long-term service overseas.
